Training Your Mind Is The First Step

With mental training, you can strengthen your emotional muscle to adapt to change better ultimately building more resilience. If you like to run, you don’t have to set a goal of finishing a marathon. But to get all the benefits of running, you have to train to do it properly and without injuring yourself. It is important to keep practicing – nothing happens overnight – and stick with it.
