You’ve heard the term “runner’s high.” It’s a deeply euphoric state that can follow intense exercise. It happens when runners hits their stride, as their bodies release hormones called endorphins.

 

We are not suggesting you have a run a marathon to feel happy, but it’s a known fact that aerobic exercise can create a pleasurable sensation. It’s also been shown that exercising outdoors can have an effect on your brain similar to meditation. You can train your mental and physical muscle through regular exercise to experience pleasure and happiness.
