Yoga

 

Yoga is a form of exercise for your mind and body that originated in in ancient India over 5,000 years ago. Practicing yoga can create harmony among your mind, body and spirit – it is a natural way to learn how to relax and deal with stress. It can also help people cope better with illness and reduce symptoms such as pain, fatigue and depression.

 

There are many different types of yoga. Kabat-Zinn based his MBSR on his practice of hatha yoga. Do a little experimentation to figure out which one is right for you.
